Booking Policy Waiver

By Booking with LumeX 757, also known as LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC you agree to acknowledge to the following regarding the mobile headlight restoration services provided by LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC

1. Acknowledgment of Potential Risk 

I understand that headlight restoration is a cosmetic process that involves sanding, cleaning, and applying protective coatings to the surface of the headlight lenses. Although care is taken during the service

Please note that our headlight restoration process is designed to enhance clarity and improve safety. In some cases, restoration may make existing damage, wear, or imperfections on or around the headlight housing ( such as cracked lenses, pitting, fading, oxidation, or surrounding paint flaws) more noticeable. These conditions are not caused by our service, and LumeX Headlight Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing defects that become more visible after restoration.

2. Post-Restoration Care Instructions 

I acknowledge that for the restoration to be effective and long-lasting, I must follow these mandatory care guidelines for at least 48 hours following the service: 

- Do not wash the vehicle 

- Do not touch, wipe, or apply any products to the headlights

Failure to follow these care instructions may compromise the results of the restoration. 

 If the headlights are touched, washed, or otherwise improperly cared for within 48 hours of the service, any touch-up or re-application will be at my own expense.

3.  Acknowledgment of Unclaimed Property Notice

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the Unclaimed Property Notice.

Due to limited storage space, all completed items must be picked up within seven (7) business days of the completion notice.

A $20 per day storage fee will apply to any items left beyond this period. Items remaining over thirty (30) days from the completion notice may be considered abandoned and are subject to sale or disposal in accordance with Virginia Code § 43-34.

4. Release of Liability 

I hereby waive and release LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC, its owners, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for any damage to my vehicle or personal property, or for any dissatisfaction with the results of the restoration process. 

By Booking A Service, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms above.
