Booking Policy Waiver

By Booking with LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC you agree to acknowledge to the following terms and conditions regarding the mobile headlight restoration services provided by LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC ("the Company"):

1. Acknowledgment of Potential Risk 

I understand that headlight restoration is a cosmetic process that involves sanding, cleaning, and applying protective coatings to the surface of the headlight lenses. Although care is taken during the service, I acknowledge that: 

- Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects to the headlight housing or surrounding paint may become more visible or may worsen; 

- There is a minimal risk of scratching, hazing, or other surface issues despite professional effort; - The Company is not liable for any damage, including cosmetic or mechanical, that occurs as a result of performing the restoration. 

2. Post-Restoration Care Instructions 

I acknowledge that for the restoration to be effective and long-lasting, I must follow these mandatory care guidelines for at least 48 hours following the service: 

- Do not wash the vehicle or allow water to come into contact with the headlights; 

- Do not touch, wipe, or apply any products to the headlights; 

- Avoid exposure to harsh conditions such as direct rain, pressure washing, or automatic car washes.

Failure to follow these care instructions may compromise the results of the restoration. 

3. Limited Warranty Disclaimer 

I understand that LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC offers a touch-up service only if post-care instructions are followed. If the headlights are touched, washed, or otherwise improperly cared for within 48 hours of the service, any touch-up or re-application will be at my own expense. 

4. Release of Liability 

I hereby waive and release LumeX Headlight Restoration, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for any damage to my vehicle or personal property, or for any dissatisfaction with the results of the restoration process.
