LumeX Headlight Restoration Terms & Conditions

Due to the nature of mobile services and variations in headlight condition, full restoration cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. Please note that flawless, factory- new restoration is not always possible and most often not achievable due to headlights' condition, age, and level of damage. Our goal is to achieve the best results possible for your headlights. LumeX Headlight Restoration takes great care in providing quality service. Refunds will not be provided for pre-existing damage ( e.g. internal condensation, cracks or UV damage beneath the lens surface) or if recommended follow up care instructions are not followed. By scheduling a service, customer acknowledges and accepts these terms. Additionally, LumeX is not liable for any unforeseen damage that my occur during or after the restoration process.
